The band belongs with 380 million sold records to the most successful bands in music history.  Their songs embody the lightheartedness and the “joie de vivre” of the 70’s and that’s one reason why people still love them today. The documentary Pop Giganten – ABBA tells the story about the importance of ABBA’s music till today. ABBA made of Sweden a global player in the pop industry and helped the Swedish 90’s pop to establish itself through artists like Icona Pop or Zara Larsson, which today have world hits going on.
